I am in network with several insurance providers.  We will bill through your insurance first.  Once insurance has been processed, and if there is a co-pay, we will then charge your credit, debit, FSA or HSA card.  

Insurance I accept includes Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Aetna, Optum, UMR, and All Savers.

My rate is $150/session.

Sessions are approximately 55 minutes.
